howtogetpregnanteasyI have wanted to become a mother since I was a little girl. So when my husband and I were married, we didn’t wait! However,  I’ve never in my wildest dreams would have imagined I would be asking for advise on how to get pregnant easy. Life is definitely full of challenges. It took me over a year to finally conceive and in that journey to pregnancy, I’ve realized that although the process is instinctive, you can actually help Mother Nature with procreation.

For women who’d like to raise their chances of conceiving, I’d like to share with you these 3 tips on how to get pregnant easy that have worked for me.

First, listen to your body. As a woman, I’ve learned to pay attention to my body and so should you. A little research on pregnancy introduces you to the ovulation method. That might sound too big or too complicated for some; it’s not. What it basically teaches is for a woman to learn to be so attuned to her body that she knows when her most fertile times of the month are. This involves a little bit of work. Learn to chart your ovulation cycles and pay attention to your basal body temperature so you’d know when your chances of getting pregnant are highest.

Secondly, mind lifestyle. Yes, besides being an overall mental and physical health hazard, stress negatively impacts your fertility and chances of conception. I’ve noticed that when I’m overly stressed in any given month, my period comes late. When I don’t get enough sleep over a period of time, it delays my period, too. But this is hardly surprising. Our bodies need adequate rest to function well. It’s important to keep stress levels down and find time to relax. This is crucial if you want to get pregnant.

Thirdly, know what to avoid. Quit smoking and kick caffeine and alcohol of your daily routine and diet; these reduce fertility and keep your body from absorbing nutrients you need . Give up hot baths. Instead, choose to shower, especially after sex. Soap and hot water kill sperms quite effectively. You want to avoid that.

By now you should realize that my tips for getting pregnant are intuitive. As a woman, I’ve come to realize that getting pregnant requires me to look after my own well-being and take care of my body. But more than that, my husband is an active partner in this endeavor. Make sure you and your man are on the same page and both of you want to discover how to get pregnant easy. You need each others support during this endeavor.

Trying To Get Pregnant – This Is What I Did

baby-girl1In the years I was trying to get pregnant, I’ve realized that preparing for parenthood does not begin after conception; it begins way before that. While learning how to get pregnant fast, I discovered that it’s possible to dramatically boost my chances of conception and ensure my child’s health and well-being. How do you do that? You can take steps to prepare your body for pregnancy.

Here’s what I did:

1. Doctor visit prior to pregnancy. I figure the best way to prepare for getting pregnant is to know what factors affect fertility and what I can do to boost my chances of conceiving. I’m right and you can do the same. Speak to your doctor about diet and lifestyle changes; you may need to kick some habits or remove certain favorites from your food list. Bring up medications, supplements, vitamins and all other non-food items you ingest regularly; some of these negatively impact your fertility and ability to conceive. Your doctor can switch you to less-damaging options. Discuss your medical history, your partner’s history and raise all concerns you think may affect your overall health. Your doctor can give you excellent and personalized pre-pregnancy care tips. So let me give you some tips in how to get pregnant fast!

2. Healthy habits. I made a conscious effort to live healthier even before my husband and I actually tried to get me pregnant. I’ve found this to be truly helpful so try it yourself. Quit smoking and eliminate alcohol. Gradually reduce your caffeine intake until it’s gone from your daily routine. Doing this helps your body to better absorb nutrients necessary for pregnancy. Start drinking milk daily, too. You need to strengthen your bones and your immune system as well.

3. Get enough folic acid. Be sure you’re getting enough of this everyday. My doctor told me folic acid protects my baby from brain and spinal cord defects occurring very early on in the pregnancy. So, begin your day with fortified cereal and eat sumptuous helpings of beans, spinach, asparagus and citrus fruits regularly. Experts also recommend taking a daily supplement containing folic acid of up to 400 micrograms prior to conception up to the first trimester of pregnancy.

4. Combat lead exposure. High exposure to lead significantly increases your potential for miscarriage, as well as preterm delivery. Especially if you have lead pipes, brass faucets and other similar metals in your plumbing system, your exposure is significant. Of course, I don’t recommend redoing your home’s plumbing and waterworks system; that’s not always feasible. You can however, install expert certified water filters. These remove water pollutants, including lead.

How To Get Pregnant Fast – We Did It!

I guess you can tell that I am very VERY excited! I cannot control my emotions sometimes when I look at my beautiful daughter Samantha! I finally discovered how to get pregnant fast after years of failure!

how to get pregnant fast

As stated earlier in this blog, my husband and I sought the advise of  local fertility experts concerning my pregnancy problems yet we were disappointed in all of them because they didn’t supply us with any new ideas. All of my doctors’ traditional methods WERE NOT WORKING!

I began to slip into depression and this affected my friendships and my marriage. i was also having problems sleeping. My mom drove 250 miles just to be with me because she was so worried.

Then out of nowhere, one of my long distant friends, Claudia, informed me about a fertility researcher that she stumbled upon by mistake in a pregnancy forum. Thank goodness because I was going deeper and deeper into depression.

I followed up with Claudia and we both along with my husband got very involved in the discussions on the pregnancy forum. These women had gone through the same infertility problems that I was currently experiencing. Many of them were praising the same fertility researcher that Claudia discovered. Her name is Lisa Olson and she is author of the book Pregnancy Miracle. I did some research on her and found out that she had 14 years of fertility experience and at the age of 43, she got pregnant with her first child. It was a very healthy baby and she had no complications during birth.

So Jim and I began to follow the step by step process that Lisa describes in her book.

The first was…Weight Loss

I discovered that weight can play a role in fertility. For maximum fertility, both my husband and I should try to stay within a recommended weight range. We both were overweight so we immediately went on our own fertility diet. We eliminated junk food and fried food from our meals and we began our strength training exercises such as arm curls and leg curls.

And believe it or not, our sex was much better and more enjoyable. We had sex every 2 days during ovulation.

Green Tea

Okay…I am going to be very honest here ! I do not like green tea! There is something about the taste that has never made me a fan! However, as I kept reading the book, I learned about the huge benefits and therefore NOTHING was going to keep me from getting pregnant…not even the taste!

Switching over to green tea definitely helped me lose weight, it reduce my risk of heart disease and maybe it helped me get pregnant!

I gave birth to my beautiful baby daughter so maybe it was the green tea or one of the other methods we followed according to Lisa’s book.  Whatever, it was it made me the happiest mom in the world!

Trying To Conceive – My Infertility Frustration

It has been 11 months and my husband and I are still trying to conceive our first baby. I tried Clomid because it is one of the best products to help women ovulate and it has a very high rate of success because it helps increase egg production. I also liked Clomid because I could afford it….its not as expensive as other fertility products. Could this be my burning answer to how to get pregnant fast?

Results? I did ovulate however I did not get pregnant! I am getting extremely stressed and very impatient! My mom told me that my stress maybe a major cause because I was trying so hard! However, I was informed by my gynecologist that stress was not a factor in my infertility problems.

Unsatisfied with the advise that I was getting from my doctors, Jim and I setup a number of meetings with some expert counselors at the local fertility clinic. I was excited about the new information that I would be receiving from these experts–I may just find the solution to how I could get pregnant.

Oh…was I wrong!

These so-called fertility experts gave us the same old conventional methods that we have tried for the past 11 months!

Urrrh…I was so upset! This was a total waste of time!

Now, my mom and some of my friends have been telling me that I am trying too hard to conceive but I do not think so! It does not matter to me if I have a baby boy, a baby girl, twins or whatever. I just want a happy, healthy baby…just like any loving mom.  So, instead of criticism, I really need better facts and tips on getting pregnant. I just want to know how to get pregnant fast because my patience is fading quick!

How To Get Pregnant Fast – My Plan of Action

When my husband, Jim, and I got married, we had planned to have an average size family of 2 to 3 children. I never thought I would be trying to figure out how to get pregnant fast! My dream of motherhood has turned into an infertility nightmare!

So my plan of action was to first find out if I had a fertility problem. I got a lot of tests done and found out that nothing was wrong with me.

The next step was to see if the love of my life, Jim, was low on his sperm count. This proved not to be the solution because his sperm count was higher than average.

I been charting my BBT like I was a crazy woman and when I started ovulating, I was ready to have sex! I didn’t tell my husband that I was ovulating because most men do not like “planned” sex.  They love it when it is spontaneous. So what I usually do is put on a sexy outfit and that gets him going like a mad man!

Results?

I would have needed an advanced calculator to count how many times we made love yet we were NOT successful!

After many many months of failures, I was getting extremely depressed and impatient. I wanted to know how to get pregnant fast! It’s been too long! I knew in my heart and soul that I would get pregnant one day but when?

What was I doing wrong to be infertile for almost 2 years?
